PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color wheel which is assured in balance and stability in the midst of rotation and which is of a simple structure, to be easily assembled and which is used in a projector device or the like. SOLUTION: The color wheel is composed of a color filter assembly provided with a center shaft 30, a first supporting member 31 furnished with a first connection part 310, a second supporting member 41 with a second connection part 410 which is engaged with the first connection part and a color filter 32 composed of at least one filter piece. The color filter is pinched between the first supporting member and the second supporting member and tightly fixed by screwing the first connection part of the first supporting member and the second connection part of the second supporting member after engaging a projected part 312 furnished on a first or a second supporting face and a hole 321 of the color filter.
