PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article which is easy to manufacture and has the structure for preventing from easily coming off, as a nameplate which is hooked and fitted to a rod type object, such as a nameplate for gardening which is used for a plant in a flowerpot, a nameplate used as an article tag, and a nameplate used for a bag for a gift. SOLUTION: A hook part 2 provided successively to a display part 1 formed of a thin piece body is folded into two, two fitting holes 23a and 23b are formed which meet each other when the hook part is folded into two, and cuts (insert part) 24a and 24b which reach the fitting holes are formed from outside at positions shifting from each other in the two-folded state.
