PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it has been difficult to determine a cutting out region being suitable for the diagnosis of a subject for X-ray image data. SOLUTION: For this device, an X-ray irradiation region acquiring means acquires an X-ray irradiation region from among objective images, and a subject region acquiring means acquires a subject region from among the X-ray irradiation region. A cutting out region determining means determines a cutting out region from the position of the subject region, and an image cutting out means cuts out a cutting out region of the objective image.
