PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous patterned structure, which continuously emits light for a long time, on the surface of a base material. SOLUTION: This luminous patterned structure is equipped with a color patterned layer 2 provided on the surface of a base material 1 of an article such as a lamp-shade, the frame of a photograph, a clockface, a religious and civilizational article and a pencil box, a first luminous layer 3 provided on the color patterned layer 2 and a second luminous layer 4 provided on the color patterned layer under the condition that the first and the second luminous layers are arranged so as to produce the luminous effects of a color pattern caused by the emission of colors different from each other from the first and the second luminous layers.
