<p>Electric connector for flexible strip cable contains crimp reeds (1a,b; 2a,b) for contacting conductive paths of strip cable with rear side (3) of connector. Several crimp reeds of different lengths are provided for each crimp contact between conductive path and connector. Preferably each crimp connection comprises at least one pair of long crimp reeds (1a,b) flanked by short crimp reeds (2a,b). Length of long crimp reeds is greater than thickness of strip cable, so as to permit folding their ends on cable.</p> |
