<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional high-speed small-sized memory card drives an output signal with the same drive capability as that in a high-speed operation mode even for a host device not supporting the mode, so that a disturbance is caused by unnecessary radiation and electric power is consumed uselessly. <P>SOLUTION: The drive capability is not switched by a command output from a host device 100, but a signal waveform of the output signal from a transmitting device 103 is monitored by a drive capability switching automated device 206 and the transmitting device 103 is controlled so as to make the drive capability optimum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
