PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the rotation of wheels when an operation for pushing a pulling tool for movement to accommodate is performed. SOLUTION: A shredder device is provided with at least a pair of wheels 2 and 2 in its bottom part 40 and a pulling tool 1 for movement provided with a pair of rods 10 and 10 extending in upward and downward directions and a handle part 11 extending from the upper part of one of the rods 10 and 10 to the upper part of the other rod capable of the up-and-down movement of the rod 10 in the pulling tool 1 for movement. The axle 20 of the wheel 2 is provided with a gear-like body 21. An elastic stopper chip 3 which keeps one end fixed and the other end free 30 and is provided, between the both ends, with an engaging projection part 31 which gets in between the teeth of the gear-like body 21 from above, is arranged above the gear-like body 21. The free end 30 side of the elastic stopper chip 3 is pushed downward when the rod 10 of the pulling tool 1 for movement is pushed downward to move. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
