PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus system allowing a user to reffer to explanations of various types of functions of the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus system as needed, and providing a favorable usability through a sure operating procedure. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus system comprises an ultrasonic observation device 11, a processor 12 for an endoscope, and a plurality of peripheral devices including an operating section 14 connected to the both devices. In this ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus system 1, the ultrasonic observation device is provided with a control circuit 11c having a first storage section 11d prestoring help information and the like related to the system, a second storage section 11e storing the use situation of the system as needed, and a selecting section 11f displaying information selected based on each information stored in the first and second storage sections on a display device 13; and the selecting section, receiving a command signal from the operating section, reads the use situation information stored in the second storage section, reads the information corresponding thereto from the first storage section, and transmits it to the display device.
