PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food or drink having excellent storage stability and improved taste and flavor.

SOLUTION: The food or drink contains (A) 0.1-1.0 wt.% polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester having an acid value of <1.0 [mgKOH/g] and a polyoxyethylene content of 60-75 wt.% and (B) an oil-soluble substance and further contains water as a continuous phase.
