<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of providing optimum power generation efficiency when an operation state of the fuel cell is changed; and to provide a vehicle using the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell is equipped with a vibration provision means for providing vibration to a power generation part.
