RUBBER HOSE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber hose, having excellent wear resistance without lowering of flexibility of the hose, and hardly causing cracks even if it is pressed from the outside to be flattened. SOLUTION: Unvulcanized rubber 6 and short fibers 5 are mixed, and the obtained mixture is rolled by a rolling means to manufacture unvulcanized rubber tape 10 in which the short fibers 5 are orientated in the longitudinal direction. The unvulcanized rubber 20 is spirally wound round the outer periphery of a mandrel 13 to be formed cylindrical, and the cylindrical body 14 is vulcanized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
