PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system, an information recording program, an information management program and a display program with which information can be recorded on a recording medium, and in addition the information can be referred to and print can be ordered irrespective of time and place. SOLUTION: Image information acquired from a cellular phone 40 is recorded on a CD-R of the recording medium, and in addition reduced information of the image information (thumbnail image information and screen nail image information), sender identification information (cellular phone number information), recording medium identification information (album information), and password information are sent to an information management server serving as an information management means and recorded. When the information management means is accessed by the cellular phone 40 of a mobile communication terminal, the requested reduced information is sent to the cellular phone 40 based on the cellular phone number information and the album information indicating the place where the reduced image information is recorded.
