WORK FLOW SYSTEM, TERMINAL, AND METHOD

There is provided a work flow system capable of easily performing a job process by using a terminal. When realizing a work flow relating to a purchase job, each staff stores a template in a terminal and performs transmission/reception of a document. Each terminal selects a template according to the status of the received document, displays an appropriate screen based on the template, and receives necessary information input. The document is updated and the updated document is transmitted to a terminal of the next step.
