PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with movable contacts and a push-button switch using the same with good operation feeling, which can be miniaturized while securing an intended stroke. SOLUTION: The push-button switch comprises movable contacts 3 having dome-shaped swollen part 3c, of which, both side faces of lower end peripheral edge parts 3a are cut to be formed into a longitudinal shape; a first sheet 1 having housing holes 1a capable of housing the movable contacts 3; and a second sheet 4 having a sticking part 4a on its back surface, holding a part of the movable part 3 by the sticking part 4a, covering upper surfaces of the housing holes 11a of the first sheet 1. The housing holes 1a of the first sheet 1 are formed into a longitudinal shape having a wide width part and a narrow width part, and both side parts of the movable contact 3 formed into a narrow shape are made to correspond to the narrow width part of the housing hole 1a, and the movable contacts 3 are housed in the housing holes 1a.
