PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder pressure detector for an internal combustion engine capable of eliminating influences of a zero point drift of a charge amplifier output and a noise caused by fuel injection or ignition, and capable of enhancing the detection precision of cylinder pressure. SOLUTION: Output signals PSO#1-PSO#4 of cylinder pressure sensors provided in respective cylinders are input into the corresponding charge amplifiers 31-34. The charge amplifiers 31-34 amplify while integrating the input signals, and output cylinder pressure detection signals PCY#1-PCY#4. When a fuel is injected in the first cylinder (for example, #4 cylinder), a capacitor of the charge amplifiers 31 corresponding to the cylinder pressure sensor 2 of the second cylinder (for example, #1 cylinder) located in the vicinity of a dead point on start of a suction stroke is discharged in fuel injection timing of the first cylinder (#4 cylinder).
