<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit which can speed up the operation of a switching element, keeps its output impedance low, and is provided between a control circuit operating by a drive voltage lower than an input voltage and a switching element. <P>SOLUTION: This driving circuit is provided with a transistor Q2 whose source is connected to the ground via a resistor R5, and the gate is connected to a circuit position point where a drive voltage (V<SB>D</SB>) can be obtained. Then, this is provided with a transistor Q3 whose source is connected to the ground, and the gate is connected to the source of the transistor Q2, and the drain is connected to an input terminal 1 via a resistor R7.
