<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring immunologically quickly N-terminal pro-cerebral sodium diuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) that is a marker for diagnosis and control of cardiac failures. <P>SOLUTION: This immunological sandwich method is carried out, using two antibodies against NT-proBNP. One of the antibodies uses a monoclonal antibody (MAB). Two antibodies, capable of recognizing epitopes in two points different in amino acid sequences of the NT-proBNP, are used as the combination of the antibodies.
