PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding-type rice transplanter facilitating the operation(s) of connecting/disconnecting an operating wire. SOLUTION: The riding-type rice transplanter has the following construction and mechanism: A planting part joined to the rear of a traveling section is equipped with seedling longitudinal feed clutches each functioning to turn power transmission on/off two rows each to a seedling longitudinal feed belt for two or more rows and planting unit clutches each functioning to turn power transmission on/off two rows each to a planting tine for two or more rows, and each of the seedling longitudinal feed clutches and each of the planting unit clutches are made operable via an operating wire by a unit clutch lever equipped on the steering section of the traveling section. In this rice transplanter, a relay connection means is provided midway of the operating wire, wherein the relay linking means is equipped with a fixing side relay connector fixing to the traveling section and an attaching/detaching side relay connector detachably connected to the fixing side relay junction.
