PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of preventing a load due to radio connection of a terminal to be connected to a radio communication system having a plurality of access point function sections from concentrating to one access point. SOLUTION: The radio communication system has the plurality of access point function sections and an access point control section for controlling the access point function sections. The system has a function of correlating the identifier of a terminal to be connected to the type of the terminal to be connected or to the type of data to be transmitted and registering them, and a function of distributing the identifier of a connectable terminal to the access point function sections to notify the sections about the identifier.
