The unit has a transparent unit (54) covering an LED (52), and having a reflecting surface (54a) with a part of inner surface which reflects light from the LED towards outside with respect to an optical axis. A reflecting surface (54b) has a part of inner surface that reflects the light reflected by the surface (54a). An illuminating surface transmits the light reflected by the surface (54b) towards front of the unit (54). An independent claim is also included for a vehicle illuminating lamp including several lamp units.
