PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable change purse of a simple structure, whereby several kinds of coins are automatically sorted and separately stored so that a user can quickly and easily put in or take out coins, without requiring any complex mechanical manipulation. SOLUTION: This change purse is provided with as many coin storage chambers as the number of kinds of coins to be sortably stored. The coin storage chambers 2, 3, 4, and 5 are vertically aligned, each of which is provided with a return prevention cover 17 along its open upper end. They are also provided with slots 6, 7, and 8, respectively, each different in size, on V-shaped slants 11 in their bottom, which allows several coins to instantly and simultaneously pass through the slots for classification. As a result, coins with a smaller diameter than that of the coin to be stored are passed through the slots of a storage chamber and naturally falls down to the lower chamber and therefore, they are automatically sorted and sortably stored in their corresponding storage chambers.
