FLOCKED PROCESSED PAPER AND MOLDED ARTICLE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flocked processed paper capable of using even a thermally weak material in flocking fiber floc and capable of arbitrarily selecting a wide range of a material as the flocking fiber floc to use the same. SOLUTION: By forming a structure wherein the flocking fiber floc 3 is flocked on one side of stretched paper 1 through an adhesive 2, even the thermally weak material can be used in the flocking fiber floc 3 without heating the stretched paper 1 at the time of molding. Further, the elongation of the stretched paper 1 is uniform and it is prevented that flocking density is lowered partially by the large local stretching of the streched paper 1 at the corner part of a molded article and a flocking state becomes rough to obtain a beautiful molded article.
