PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting floor material superior in strength, a shape, ice-snow melting performance, slide preventive performance and drainability as use of a floor; prominent even in economic efficiency; and without limiting an area and a place of installation. SOLUTION: This snow melting floor material is formed by laminating a surface layer sheet 4 formed by substantially uniformly sticking hygroscopic heating particles 3 on its surface by substantially uniformly dispersing far infrared radiation emitting powder 2 with a synthetic resin and/or rubber as a main component, and a reverse layer sheet 5 having heat insulating performance and heat reserving performance with a synthetic resin and/or rubber as a main component.
