It is characterised in that the rectangular frame (6), mounted on the eccentric rectilinear axis of the shaft (1), cooperates with the gear wheel (2') and the passive shaft (1') through the bearing (5'). One free movement of the frame (6) inside the wheel (2') profile corresponds to one free movement along the external profile of the passive shaft (1'), perpendicular to the former movement. |
