PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage purification system preventing the deposition of urinary calculus in a drainage passage of water to be treated by allowing the concentration of hypochlorous acid in the draining water to be treated to be kept properly while reducing a value of a current applied to an electrolytic cell. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a biological treatment tank 2 for biologically treating the drainage containing human waste to convert ammonia into nitrogen gas (or a biological treatment tank to convert ammonia into nitric acid), a storage tank 3 for storing treated water treated by the biological treatment tank, the electrolytic cell 4 for applying electrolysis to the treated water from the storage tank 3 to generate hypochlorous acid, and an electrolytic water circuit 5 for circulating storage water between the storage tank 3 and the electrolytic cell 4. In addition, it is possible that the treated water in the storage tank 3 is re-circulated to a toilet 1 for discharging human waste. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
