<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: though a design job is an important work for determining performance of a product, a price, a delivery time, maintenance, disposability or the like, and can use a wide range of material by progress in technology, there is a limit to having information thereabout or a professional in one's own company, and even if recruiting a design subcontractor, it costs a great deal, and it is anxious whether the subcontractor is a professional on that subject or not, so that a clever design requires to gather a lot of effective information or intelligence of an able designer in the world at as low as possible cost and as quickly as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The design job is opened in the Internet, wisdom of many applicants is integrated through a design competition, and the timely design work having more excellent quality is performed. By especially paying a participation fee to the applicant, or recognizing an intellectual property right, the wisdom of the applicants is integrated. The Internet is used, the design competition is performed, and prize money or the intellectual property right is imparted to raise consciousness of the applicant.
