PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus having a plurality of photographing optical systems with different photographing magnifications and capable of efficiently moving the direction of the line of sight of the photographing optical system with high photographing magnification into a direction in which an object is located. SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus includes: a first photographing optical system (101) with first photographing magnification; and a second photographing optical system (102) with a second photographing magnification greater than the first photographing magnification. The second photographing optical system can be turned.
