PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disable the easy cutting of an exposed wiring part, even if a thief attacks the exposed wiring part of wiring positioned in an internal space of a door. SOLUTION: An electric lock X for the door comprises an electric lock body, a door-side current-carrying fitting, and the wiring which is electrically connected between the door-side current-carrying fitting and the electric lock body via a connection implement. The electric lock for the door is characterized in that the exposed wiring part with the connection implement, which includes a signal wire capable of being pulled out by a required amount from a lock case for the electric lock body, and one end of a wiring member on the side of the door-side current-carrying fitting, is wholly enclosed with wiring protectors (Y-Y4) which are fixed (or can be fixed) to the lock case.
