<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for washing the Senmai (omasum) designed to wash dirt in folds, though food refuse dirt in the folds of the Senmai of cattle are deposited on the inside where the thin leaf-like folds overlap and the mechanical washing is extremely difficult. <P>SOLUTION: Strong high-speed water streams are generated with stirring blades 1 on a rotating disk in a cylindrical water tank 7 to cause leaf opening actions of the folds by reversing stirring for several seconds. The dirt in the folds of the Senmai is completely washed and discharged by baffles 2 of the water streams and air stirring from air blowoff ports 3. Heavy solid materials are discharged from a dirt removing screen 6 to the outside of the water tank and microbubbles are further generated from air from the air blowoff ports at the base of the water tank 7 with second stirring blades 4 under the rotating disk.
