<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower at low cost, with improved blowing capability of a blowing fan and good assembly property without enlarging an electric motor. <P>SOLUTION: In an axial gap type electric motor, a rotor 32 and a stator 31 of the electric motor 3 face each other along a rotational axis direction of the rotor with a predetermined gap therebetween.
