PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a satisfactory stress separation from a fastening part in each parallelogram leg of a force-transmitting device at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the force-transmitting device 1 for a force-measuring cell with a parallel-guiding mechanism, a stationary parallelogram leg part 2 and a movably guided parallelogram leg part 3 are connected to each other by parallelogram guides means 4 and 5, and each of the parallelogram leg and the movably guided parallelogram leg part has a part having fastening function and a fastening part 20. The fastening part 20 has a hole extending perpendicular to the linkage surface with each parallelogram leg. The hole functions to fix a load carrier to the force-transmitting device, and fasten the force-transmitting device to a housing or an intermediate holder. Each parallelogram leg has slot-shaped cutout parts 21. The fastening part is separated from the rest of the parallelogram leg by the first slot-shaped cutout part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
