PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric having excellent dust trapping property, dust holding property, oil absorbability and water absorbability, and a dust mop composed of the three-dimensional nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional nonwoven fabric X is formed by attaching a large number of cord-shaped wiping members 20 made of nonwoven fabric, to a foundation cloth 10. The cord-shaped wiping member 20 is formed by linearly cutting the edge of approximately rectangular nonwoven fabric material cloth to obtain a strip scrap material with its width varied in a longitudinal direction, and arranging one or more strip scrap materials to apply single twist working thereto.
