PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin drum type game machine and an operation control method thereof which make the restriction of the fatigue of the hands and the like possible in the game operation. SOLUTION: The spin drum type game machine having a plurality of reels is provided with a head set having a bone guide microphone, a means for the voice recognition of the word information from the signals obtained through the bone guide microphone in the speaking by the players with the head set and an output means which carries out the game operation arranged to be matched with the operation instruction language when the work information coincides with the operation instruction language previously registered on a management table.
