<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that restrictions on a manufacturing process and breakdown strength make it difficult to make electrodes minute, high-density, thin, high-output and drive them with a low voltage because at least one of common electrodes for giving a driving waveform to a plurality of carrying electrodes crosses the carrying electrodes. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of carrying electrodes 12a, 12b, and 12c for generating electrostatic force to move a powdery material are provided at prescribed intervals, and a second substrate 14 on which common electrodes 15a, 15b, and 15c mutually connecting carrying electrodes applying the same driving waveforms out of the plurality of carrying electrodes 12 are formed is joined on a first substrate 11 of which the surface a carrying surface 17 made of an insulating film 16 is formed on, with the insulating film 16 between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
