<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a laminated sheet hard to cause a decrease in visibility due to interfacial reflected light, capable of being easily and closely bonded to a liquid crystal display cell, simple in manufacturing work, capable of suppressing the disturbance of display caused by the bending of the liquid crystal display cell at the time of input through a touch panel or a protrective panel because of excellent cushioning properties and excellent in processability or workability and mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is constituted by interposing an ultraviolet polymerizable resin layer (2) between resin sheets (1 and 3) and has a structure wherein the ultraviolet polymerizable resin layer is different in elastic modulus based on the difference of a degree of polymerization between the peripheral part and inside part thereof in a planar direction and the elastic modulus of the peripheral part is higher than that of the inside part. The manufacturing method of the laminated sheet has at least a process for coating a resin sheet with a flowable ultraviolet polymerizable resin, a process for irradiating the frame like part of the peripheral part of the formed coating layer with ultraviolet rays and a process for arranging a separate resin sheet on the coating layer before or after the irradiation with ultraviolet rays.
