PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide writing equipment for writing dot arrays having no difference on a plurality of glass substrates by suppressing nonejection, deflection and variation in ejection amount of ink. SOLUTION: The writing equipment comprises an ink jet head having an ink jet nozzle and its driving means, a means for ejecting ink by driving the ink jet head, an article being written by means of the ink jet head, a means for moving the ink jet head and the article being written relatively, and a means for writing on the article by ejecting ink dots using the ink wherein a plurality of articles being written can be arranged at least in the main scanning direction and an article carrying means provided with a region capable of preliminary ejection is provided between the articles.
