PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule endoscope pickup image filing device, when searching continuous pickup image data of a capsule endoscope at a specific criterion, instinctively and easily understanding the progress state of the searching by visual observation. SOLUTION: This device is so constituted as to record the continuous pickup images obtained by the capsule endoscope linked with notable positional information of the pickup position into database, display a body lumen model 26 and a passage 37 of the capsule endoscope 3 on a same display screen 38 on a monitor device 21, read them from the database with the display superimposed each other, and sequentially display a position mark 39 on a position of the passage 37 corresponding to the image data processed at present.
