PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desktop type cool breeze fan capable of reducing a size of a main body, using a disk-like water absorbing filter, capable of purifying water injected into its inside by a filtration device, capable of vaporization-diffusing the water cooled in a cooler, while pasteurization-purified inside the disk-like water absorbing filter, so as to enhance cooling action and to take health for a human body into account. SOLUTION: The main body is formed into a hollow substantial quadrangle, a laterally turnable disk pedestal is provided in its bottom part, a turnable autolouver is attached to its front part, a photocatalyst lamp is attached in a main body inside that is a rear part of the autolouver, the turnable disk-like water absorbing filter with an immersed peripheral edge is attached to a water tank part provided in a rear lower part of a fan, a water cartridge is attached to one side of rear parts thereof, a check valve is attached to a lower end of the water cartridge to provide the filtration device, the filtration device is submerged into the water tank part, aluminum cooling plates are attached to side the water tank part, the cooler and the turning fan are provided in a lower part of the water tank to be connected, and a dust protection filter is attached to a backface of the main body.
