PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional magnetic holder carries no other functions than that of holding memo paper monotonously. SOLUTION: The inside of a stuffed animal is provided with magnets, sound generator, speaker, battery as a driving power source for the sound generator and speaker, and switch. The stuffed animal is made to be attracted to metal by the magnets. When the stuffed animal is attracted to the metal, a movable piece of the switch is pressed, and when detached from the metal, the movable piece of the switch is returned.
