PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair capable of moving a headrest for letting the head lean thereon to a position to be used as a table in a simple operation. SOLUTION: This wheelchair 10 with a member for the headrest-cum-table is upward provided with left/right headrest pipes 35 and 31 on left/right backrest pipes 23 and 24, the left headrest pipe 35 is provided with the left end 41a of the headrest 41, the right headrest pipe 31 is detachably provided with the right end 41b of the headrest 41, the left headrest pipe 35 is provided with a turning part 38 turning the headrest 41 from the head to a retreated position, and a frame 11 is provided with a rotational turning part 33 frontward tilting the left headrest pipe 35 to an armrest part 18.
