<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently cleaning molds used in press-forming of glass. <P>SOLUTION: The method for cleaning molds used in a glass molding device comprises cleaning molds used in the glass molding device for press forming glass by using molds 1, 2 in a molding chamber 9 wherein the atmosphere can be regulated.
