PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolution device of an asphalt composite easier to use and having versatility demonstrating the effectiveness of an eco-friendly low fuming efficiency and low malodor of the so-called clean type asphalt composite. SOLUTION: In the dissolution device of the asphalt composite equipped with a heating means and a temperature adjusting means, an asphalt dissolution tank is divided into two regions tank A and tank B with a partition plate at part except the neighborhood of the bottom section of the asphalt dissolution tank, an auxiliary heading means is provided to a region side having an asphalt discharge port, and the asphalt dissolution device for waterproofing work is characterized by providing the temperature adjusting means also to the auxiliary heating means.
