PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl cleaning device capable of sufficiently cleaning a bowl surface without leaving an unwashed part. SOLUTION: When supplying wash water to a Western-style toilet bowl 1 after easing nature (feces), first of all, a valve 22a opens for a predetermined time, and the wash water is supplied to the rim 3 by water pressure of tap water from a rim nozzle 4a, and a counterclockwise swirling flow is formed on the bowl surface. Next, after a required time T passes by closing the valve 22a, a valve 22b opens for a predetermined time.
