PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of truck changing work, about a truck changing facility used for replacing a vehicle body and truck or inspection/maintenance work thereon. SOLUTION: The truck changing facility comprises a vehicle body supporting device 4 for supporting a vehicle main body on a main line rail; a truck supporting rail 13 provided along the main line rail; first and second crossover rails 5, 7 disposed on both side portions of the first truck supporting rail and lower than the main line rail; second and third truck supporting rails 19, 25 disposed on extension lines of the first and second crossover rails; first and second side line rails 6, 8 disposed on both sides of the first truck supporting rail, connecting to second and third truck supporting rails, and being higher than the first and second crossover rails; first, second, and third lifting devices 11, 17, 23 respectively lifting the first, second, and third truck supporting rails between the main line rail or the first and second side line rails and each crossover rail; and first, second, and third rotating devices 12, 18, 24 disposed on the first, second, and third lifting devices, and respectively rotating the first, second, and third truck supporting rails.
