MOBILE PHONE, CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable mobile phone capable of attaining a speech in a folded state even under surrounding noise, reducing power consumption and preventing occurrence of malfunction.

SOLUTION: The mobile phone mounted with a bone conduction speaker and operation keys used in a closing state includes: a detection means for detecting whether the mobile phone is in the closing state or an opening state; an acquisition means for acquiring operating information denoting the propriety of the operation of the bone conduction speaker; a switching means for switching the operation propriety state of the bone conduction speaker on the basis of the operating information; and a control means that handles entries by the operation keys as valid entries when the operating information denotes the operation enable state and handles entries by the operation keys as invalid entries when the operating information denotes the operation disabled state in the case of the arrival of an incoming call when the detection means detects the closing state.
