<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inspection costs by reducing constituents to be inspected of a plant in inspection of the plant to the absolute minimum without exerting a vital influence on the plant. <P>SOLUTION: To a plurality of pieces of equipment constituting a plant, a risk level value obtained by digitizing an influence degree to be received by the plant when key parts constituting respective pieces of equipment are damaged are attached and prestored in a storage device, and the use conditions of the key parts are monitored and the life of the key parts is predicted in an S160. Whether or not a date when the predicted life of the key parts goes out is before the next inspection date in the plant is judged in an S170, and when the date when the life of the key parts goes out is before the next inspection date, the risk level value attached to the equipment to which the key parts are belonging is changed to a larger value in an S180.
