PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a lubrication life of a rolling bearing apparatus by efficiently utilizing lubricating oil, and further to prevent the electrolytic corrosion. SOLUTION: A grease reserving recessed portion is provided at a portion of an end seal facing to the rolling bearing. In addition, an electric discharge preventing member for preventing the electric discharge from the internal diameter portion of an outer race to the maximum diameter portion of the recessed portion is provided between the outer race and the end seal.
