PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device having reduced friction and improved responsiveness during change-over of a clutch capacity. SOLUTION: A pin 68 is erected on the outer peripheral portion of a main shaft as a driven shaft, and an intermediate member 60 is provided between a clutch inner 24 and the main shaft. The intermediate member 60 has an oblong hole 63 inclined to the axial direction of the clutch inner 24, into which a holding member 56 holding a disc spring 28 is fixed and through which the pin 68 can be inserted. When the clutch inner 24 is rotated in the direction of positive rotation relative to the main shaft, the intermediate member 60 is moved in the direction of increasing the spring load of the disc spring 28, and when the clutch inner 24 is rotated in the direction of reverse rotation relative to the main shaft, the intermediate member 60 is moved in the direction of lessening the increment of the spring load of the disc spring 28.
