PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat sliding device realizing simplification of a structure, reliability on operation and a walk-in operating property at low cost. SOLUTION: It is possible to reduce cost by shortening required length of a walk-in operating cable 10, to improve arrangement designing freedom of the walk-in operating cable 10 and to promote simplification of its structure by providing an engagement part 61 on the other end 6b close to a seat rear end of a lock lever 6, selectively engaging working parts 91, 92 of each of kick plates 9A, 9B with the engagement part 61 and operating to pull the second kick plate 9B by the walk-in operating cable 10 arranged on the side of a seat 31. Additionally, it is possible to make a lock plate 5 in a unlockrd state without actuating a slide operating lever 12 by supporting the second kick plate 9B free to relatively revolve against an axis of rotation 11, to lightly carry out unlocking operation by operating to pull the walk-in operating cable 10 with smaller operating force and to improve the operating property.
