PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooker capable of cooking delicious rice by making water content sufficient at the time of the completion of a water immersion process. SOLUTION: In the rice cooker having a cooking out process and then a steaming process after the water immersion process, the water content of the rice is made high before starting the water immersion process by a water preimmersion process with steam before the water immersion process.
